If you invest in my virtual planning event Courageous Content Live, you’ll receive your planner sometime during the last week of October (so you can use it at the event). If you just buy the planner, expect to receive yours on or around November 11.

Absolutely! When you click to make your purchase, the website will work out the planner shipping charge relevant to where you are in the world. Just expect to wait a little longer for delivery (see the information about delivery dates above). 

To keep the costs as low as possible for you, we don’t send the planner “signed for” but we do ensure that we have proof of postage, so that it’s traceable should it go astray.  We are subject to standard Royal Mail delivery times, which is generally one to two working days in the UK but can be longer for overseas delivery.​

Please be advised that we don’t offer refunds/exchanges. Once you’ve handled your planner, we can’t resell it…so please be 100% sure before you buy. Take a good look at the pics of the inside pages above, so you can be sure it’s the right planner for you. 

Yes, if you bought a ticket for my virtual content planning event, you get a planner as part of your ticket price. See Q1 and Q2 for delivery postage/delivery details.

Please note that our working hours are 9 – 5pm (BST/GMT) Monday – Friday (excluding Public holidays) so if you email/message out of those hours, you may need to wait for a response. 

 

If someone from my team is around outside of those hours, they may try to help…but this is their choice and not your ‘right’ as a customer.

So please be kind in your dealings with myself and my team. If you encounter a problem, we will do our best to help as quickly as possible. But please be aware that if you are rude/aggressive in any way, we reserve the right not to have you as a customer/client.

Here are the most typical reasons for non-delivery of digital resources.

  1. You use a different email address for PayPal/Stripe transactions. So check the email account you use for purchase (we’ll be happy to switch it over for you, but you will need to locate your order information first)
  2. It’s hiding in your spam (so do give that a quick check) 
  1. You have unsubscribed from my email address. Which means – under data protection law – we cannot deliver your purchase to you. And yes…that includes emailing you to tell you we can’t deliver it to you! I know this might make you mad, but the laws are there to protect YOU from receiving unwanted email communication. So please don’t get mad at me/my team…send us an email and we’ll fix it for you ASAP.
  2. Your payment has failed….so do check your Paypal/Stripe for a record of your payment.
